Why people are willing to spread wrong information just to be in the lime-light?
This is Mr. Andreas Haser from Austria in Europe, who has the privilege to live and work as a Broker in one of Bangkok’s skyscrapers, so he says and as reported by “Kleine Zeitung” Austria.

The Air-Asia Experiance
We recently needed to travel from Bangkok to Kula Lumpur using Air-Asia.
Boarding the plane and sitting in one of the front rows, we could observe the captain (3-stips) obviously flirting with the cabin crew at all times. That is not very professional in my opinion!
After the plane departed and the ‘fasten your seat belt’ sign went off, the cabin crew started to sell food and beverages to passengers. May I mention that the food and beverages at Air-Asia flights must be purchased which are fine with me!
Recommented hospitals
Reply to Mr. Azudin regarding comment at http://thailandservice.wordpress.com/2009/09/22/49/
Dear Mr. Azudin
Thank you for your comments. To answer in detail, yes, we did receive very bad service and care at Bangkok Hospital Group! We feel cheated since as a product was sold to us with empty promises and without the benefits they promised… plus; we received bad service from their staff on top of this when using this silly Card called Chivawattana. The Management at Bangkok Hospital Group is to arrogant to apologize and want keep quite as they know well that they are wrong, and they hope that all bad news will go away soon! – They re mistaken! (Bangkok Hospital Group are well aware of this Blog!) This hospital will never admit to their own shortcomings and mistakes!!
I may take the opportunity to recommend you other hospitals such as the Siriraj or Ramabodhi Hospital in Bangkok.
Those hospitals are government hospitals, but offer some kind of premium product as well. The above mentioned hospitals do not look top-5-star hotels such as the Bangkok Hospital Group, but the fact is they have the best doctors and give great care! What else you need when you are sick?
For example, the Doctors at Siriraj Hospital are actually teaching the doctors of other expensive hospitals in Thailand - Hospitals which look like 5-star hotels and focus mainly on foreign patients (medical tourists from middle east as well) and those hospitals charge several times the normal price.
(PS: even our beloved King (HRH the King of Thailand) uses the Siriaj Hospital! He does not use the 5-star looking hospitals such as Bangkok Hospital which are set set up to charge high for medical tourists from all over the world – but mainly middle east)
When you are sick, you don’t need 5-star looking facilitates, but 5-star care and doctors!
Please feel free to contact us directly through http://mai-bs.com and we would be very happy to recommend you much better hospitals for medical tourists here in Thailand. If you look at the profile page at our business website, you will see that our directoris providing ongoing service training for several hospitals in Bangkok. This fact allows us to recommend you great hospitals where care for patients and good doctors are more important than and the size of your wallet!
Yes, we just cannot recommend Bangkok Hospital Group to you!
Regards
Klaus
Bangkok Hospital Group, Thailand
I feel to write as well on this blog regarding Bangkok Hospital as I can simply not understand the arrogance of this place.
My Name is Klaus R. Rauter, I am the Managing Director of Mai-BS (Thailand) ( http://mai-bs.com) and I did experience the issues mentioned here in Thai language first hand.
I simply cannot understand how a hospital like Bangkok Hospital does ignore the straight facts for their own shortcomings and the only solution for them is as follows: Sending us a email with a contract indicating that they will give us our money back but we must sign a contract with the Hospital that they only give us this money to “HELP” us!! AND that we must sign and promise that we don’t tell anyone about this issue!!

Important Information reg. BKK Hospital posts
Dear all
Thank you for all the comments and we have to admit that some replies to our post we do not publish for the following reasons:
As per legal advice, we require that all comments to our Blog concerning Bangkok Hospital Group must have full name and company email address.
Reason:
According to IP tracking experts several comments to our Blog are from Bangkok hospital group sources. Besides that facts, the words used, knowledge of the hospital group and Chivawattana Card indicate strongly that the poster is a Manager or Sales Person for Bangkok Hospital Group
